Consent to process health and performance data

  1. I agree that Ateed processes my wearable data – from WHOOP, or from Apple Health when I use the Ateed iPhone app (HRV, resting and live heart rate, sleep, workouts, and for WHOOP also recovery and strain) – my answers, my calendar link if I add one, and live heart rate during workouts.
  2. Purpose: building and adapting my training decisions and evaluating the pilot. Not for advertising, not sold.
  3. Processors: OpenAI (a numeric summary of the data and my answers, to write the decision; my conversation with ARIA, including voice recordings of what I say to it, which are transcribed and not stored; and ARIA's replies turned into speech) and Amazon Web Services (hosting, EU).
  4. I can withdraw this consent at any time by pressing 'Disconnect and delete', which deletes my data.
  5. This consent is separate from the Terms of Use and the informed consent to exercise.
