Consent to AI analysis

  1. Ateed's training decisions, ARIA's conversation and ARIA's voice are produced by an AI service (OpenAI).
  2. To do that, a summary of my health data (for example HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and recent workouts), my answers, my profile and, if I talk to ARIA, what I say, are sent to OpenAI each time a decision or a reply is made.
  3. This is analysis only: my data is not used to train or improve any AI model – not by Ateed, and OpenAI does not use data sent through its API for training.
  4. Ateed stores my data on its own server (AWS, EU) so it can learn my personal patterns over time; I can see what it learned on the performance profile page.
  5. I can withdraw this consent at any time with 'Disconnect and delete', which stops all AI analysis and deletes my data. Without this consent Ateed cannot make decisions for me.
